We reserve the right to occasionally adapt this privacy policy so that it always complies with current legal requirements, or to implement changes to our services in the privacy policy, e.g. when introducing new services. The new privacy policy will then apply when you next visit.

Privacy Policy of the website

You can use our online services without disclosing your identity. The website is primarily for your information. You will be informed about the data collection that is necessary for the operation of our website in the additional information provided.

Passing on of data

Your data will not be passed on to third parties for commercial or non-commercial purposes without your express consent. We will only pass on your personal data to third parties if this is legally permissible [such as on the basis of Article 6 GDPR] and/or necessary. In some cases, we use service providers as part of commissioned processing pursuant to Article 28 GDPR. For example, our website is hosted and maintained by Do.Vision GmbH. Where this is the case, we take full responsibility for all data processing.

Cookies and plugins

This website does not use cookies or plugins. You can use our website without the use of such technologies.

Facebook

Our website provides a link to Facebook. The operator of Facebook is Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd (4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland). Rather than using Facebook plugins, we only provide a link, so that your personal data is not automatically transmitted to Facebook when you visit our website. This solution also prevents us from automatically collecting personal data from you via Facebook. It means that Facebook will only process your personal data when you click on the Facebook button. If you are already logged into your Facebook account when you visit our website, however, Facebook will already have processed information about which of our websites you have visited with your IP address, at what time and via which browser.

Facebook may in turn transfer the processed information to third parties, e.g. US authorities, where this is required by law or if third parties process this data on behalf of Facebook. We have no influence on the type and scope of personal data processing by Facebook.

We only collect personal data from you via Facebook when you are active and disclose your personal data on our Facebook fan page, for which we are jointly responsible with Facebook. By disclosing your data on our Facebook page, you give us your consent to process this data in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.

For more information on how we handle your data, please refer to Facebook's privacy policy at: https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy [external page].

LinkedIn

Our website provides a link to LinkedIn. The operator of that site is LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Plaza, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland. Rather than using plug-ins, we only link to LinkedIn. This means that your personal data is not automatically transmitted to LinkedIn when you visit our website. LinkedIn will therefore only process your personal data when you click on the LinkedIn button. LinkedIn may in turn transfer processed information to third parties, e.g. US authorities, where this is required by law or if third parties process this data on behalf of LinkedIn. We have no influence on the type and scope of personal data processing by LinkedIn.

For more information on the handling of your data, please refer to LinkedIn's privacy policy at: https://www.linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy?_l=de_DE [external page].

YouTube

Our website provides a link to YouTube. The operator of that website is Google Ireland Limited; Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, a subsidiary of Google LLC.

For data protection purposes, we only provide a link to YouTube, rather than using YouTube plug-ins. We therefore do not process any of your personal data via YouTube, and YouTube cannot automatically collect your personal data when you visit our website, provided you are logged out of your YouTube account when you visit our website. This solution allows you to decide whether and when to transmit your personal data to YouTube. It is only when you click on the YouTube button that your browser establishes a connection to YouTube's servers and transmits your user data to YouTube. YouTube may in turn transfer processed information to third parties, e.g. US authorities, where this is required by law or if third parties process this data on behalf of YouTube. We have no influence on the type and scope of personal data processing by YouTube.

For more information on the handling of user data, please refer to YouTube's privacy policy at: www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy

Instagram

Our website provides a link to Instagram. The operator of that website is Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd (4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland). Rather than embedding Instagram plug-ins, we only link to the Instagram website.  This way your personal data is not automatically transmitted to Instagram when you visit our website. Instagram will only process your personal data when you click on the Instagram button. If you are already logged into your Instagram account when you visit our website, however, Instagram will process your personal data. In turn, Instagram may transfer processed information to third parties, e.g. US authorities, where this is required by law or if third parties process this data on behalf of Instagram. We have no influence on the type and scope of personal data processing by Instagram.

For more information on how we handle your data, please refer to Instagram's privacy policy at: https://de-de.facebook.com/help/instagram/155833707900388 [external page].
