The new production facility is characterized by state-of-the-art welding technologies, mechanical processing methods and cleaning technologies. Tactile and optical measuring technology are used for quality control of the sophisticated components. The five installed production lines with thirteen 6-axis robots, two laser sources and four MIG welding power sources are for the most part already in serial operation and will provide new jobs for more than 30 employees in the future.
The extensive renovation of the production halls - from soil consolidation to thermal insulation - not only created the technological prerequisites for the new facilities, but also additional locker rooms, showers, toilets and a social room for the employees.
The energy supply of the facilities is ensured by means of a redundant compressed air supply including heat recovery and a new transformer station with a capacity of 1600kVA directly connected to its own hydroelectric power station.
Also, the newly erected slanted roof allows for the simultaneous dispatch of two trucks in dry conditions.
