Children experience the world of aluminum

During the "Children's Industry Day" in the last week of school and at the "Children's Business Week" at the WIFI St. Pölten, Austria, as part of holiday daycare, children with a fascination for technology were given the opportunity to gain exciting insights into the world of aluminum.

At the two events, the children displayed their craftsmanship abilities and learned interesting facts about aluminum, getting familiar with the material through play.

Interested children were eager to discover which items were made of aluminum and how aluminum is made. We also explored the question of how an aluminum can is made and why aluminum is the most important metal material after steel.

The children demonstrated their newly acquired knowledge in the final quiz, "Aluminum Emperor."

A highlight of the workshop was of course the whistles that the children made themselves, which were also tested at high volumes.
