Our holiday childcare program entered its second round!
After a successful start last year, Neuman Aluminium and PREFA in Marktl once again organized and supported a holiday childcare program for employees’ children this year. A total of 22 children took part in two varied weeks – one in July, the second in August.
Exciting program for the children
In both holiday weeks, the children enjoyed a colorful program: they did crafts, exercised, got to know the production sites and the material aluminium, played football and tennis, mastered tasks from the fire brigade and scouts, and learned lots of new things – always accompanied by children's laughter, curiosity, and a cheerful atmosphere.
Focus on family-friendliness
For Neuman Aluminium and PREFA, this offer is much more than an added benefit. The goal is to strengthen the compatibility of family and career and actively support employees. Through cooperation with local clubs, a high-quality and varied childcare program was made possible.
