Neuman Aluminium is among the leading employers 2025
Neuman Aluminium has been named Leading Employer 2025 – one of the top 1% employers in Austria according to an independent analysis of 300 sources.
Together with PREFA Aluminiumprodukte, Neuman Aluminium was awarded the title “Leading Employer Austria 2025.” The award is based on a comprehensive and objective study of employer quality in German-speaking countries.
Independent analysis: millions of data points, 300 sources, 1 goal
The annual meta-study by Leading Employers analyzes millions of data points from around 300 independent sources. Among other things, employee satisfaction, value orientation, HR strategies, sustainability aspects, training opportunities, and corporate reputation are evaluated.
In a multi-stage selection process involving around 350,000 companies, 150,000 are included in the sample, from which the top 1% of all employers in Austria are then identified. It is not possible to apply or commission the study – the selection is completely data-based and independent.
